3. Medsol Diagnostics(Dubai, Sharjah, RAK, AD UAE)(Al Khobar KSA)
 A large state of the art facility with state of the art latest digital screening facilities in the field of Diagnostic. The facility equipped with Radiology, clinical pathology, Histology. The cost of the project 12 Million US$
 17 Assets were delivered through acquisitions or organically from Kuwait to KSA (Al Khobar). Worth of 80 Million US$.

4. Idara Clinics
 A medium to high demographic catering poly clinics mainly delivered through the acquisitions and private equity based joint ventures 10 Million US $
