Project Description: Enhancement and Support for Siebel ePharma Application of 7.5 and 7.7 and 7.8 versions for Europe, Legacy and IJSFA markets including dependencies. Support for Siebel Analytics for Europe and IJSFA Markets including its dependencies for analyzing Siebel reports. Roles and Responsibilities: • Application Support - Identifying Bugs, providing workaround and then getting probable root cause of the issue both in Siebel and Siebel Analytics. • EIM Processes - Performed Bulk data loads into the Siebel system from one environment to another. • Siebel Remote Administration & Resolving Backlog issues. Issues related to Siebel Remote Components (Synchronization Manager, Transaction Router, Transaction Merger, and Transaction Processor) • Siebel Server Administration - Identifying the cause for failure of application and providing accurate measures to make application up and running at all intervals. • Siebel Assignment Manager Administration - Issues related to assignment of Contacts and Accounts records to MR position. • Workflow Administration and Business Service - Involved in creation and Debugging of Workflows. Implemented Workflows to schedule Business Services to run on daily basis.
