We have developed an innovative solution for Customers visiting our retail shops. They can view the products available in the shop optionally on an IPad with all the details and high definition product images. They can exactly see the prices, diamond info, sizes etc. This, will help the Salesman in preventing theft related issues as these are diamonds which are very small in size but are very costly.
•View store Products. Customers can also see products present in Different store and they can order them and receive in the current shop.
•Give feedback/ Ratings for Customer service through the app.
•Subscribe for New Product launches/offers etc.

As the hiring for our company got hugely increased, it was getting complicated and time consuming. So, I proposed an Idea to develop our own EG&G Job portal where candidates can directly apply online for the available vacancies with their detailed experience. In addition to that, an Internal module was developed for the concerned Employees where they can shortlist the candidates, schedule Interviews submit reviews and many other functions.

My Responsibilities:
All of the application, from analysing, planning to development & deployment I was the one responsible. The project scope, finalizing workflows with all the departments, showing them new process approvals was done by me. All the coding, Database development, Web design, Deployment was also done by myself.
