-Assist with day to day operations of the HR functions and duties.
-Processdocumentation and prepare reports relating to personnel activities (staffing, recruitment, hiring, performance, screening CV and conducting phone interview, reference, design job description, handling full cycle recruitment for white collar and handling all recruitment preparing job offers).
-Coordinatecommunication with candidates and schedule interview.
-Handlingall hiring issues such as the hiring documentsand maintain it in the employee personnel records.
-Performsadministrative duties in support of the maintenance of employee records, including personnel status updates, terminations, new hires and filling all hiring documents.
-Assistin payroll preparation by providing relevant data (absences, salary, annual)
