• Coordinate with PHE, Recycling, and Livelihoods teams. Proactively seek opportunities for collaboration with internal and external actors to strengthen Oxfam’s community engagement in WASH, recycling, and livelihoods programs
• Build and maintain good relationships with communities within Za’atari camp, and support in improving governance and solving day to day issues and problems of camp-based activities.
• Coordinate with the Protection Officer to ensure that all activities do not increase risks for refugees, in particular women and marginalized groups

• Ensure that activities are reported and compiled using existing tools. Review data received for each district to identify trends or opportunities for hygiene promotion or community mobilization
• Participate in the recruitment and induction of new Community Mobilization Assistants and Community Mobilisers (CMs), and take responsibility for tracking leave, sick days and TOIL (Time off in Lieu) according to Oxfam staff handbook for team members, ensuring all paperwork is completed
• Ensure all paperwork related to payment of Cash for Work staff is completed in a timely manner by CM Assistants.
• Where required, attend camp level coordination meetings on behalf of the Community Mobilization Senior Officer. Manage the workload of other Officers during periods of absence.
• Liaise with procurement to ensure activities have the required resources in good time. Complete and keep records of the necessary paperwork.
• Primary data collection according to assessment methodology using a range of methods: interviews using Open Data Kit software, tele-surveys, observational surveys, updating maps, focus group discussions, participatory methods.
• Data entry tasks as requested. Ensuring all information entered into the questionnaires on the smartphones is saved and processed as per the training.
• Maintaining consistent and effective work habits in the office and in the field including -timeliness and frequent and clear communication with team members.
• Providing additional support as required for supporting assessments and other activities of ACTED, including research tasks, and administrative and logistical support. Organizing FGDs with CBOs.
• Support training and monitoring new enumerators and double check the quality data collected.
• Deliver more than 6 training about different topics includes the health promotion, hygiene promotion and WASH.
• Supervisees and provides leadership/technical support to project staff as needed and Supports them in complying with the company Policy.
• Works closely with the Security Officer in monitoring the evolving safety and security situation in the geographical location of the project activities and ensures that project operations comply with the safety and security guidelines.
• Coordinates M&E data, activity results, and documentation with the M&E consultant.
• Identify extremely vulnerable Jordanian and Syrian households as potential beneficiaries of rental, NFI, and cash assistance.
