Manage complete lifecycle of myCare ERP implementation.
•Gather customer requirements and document it well.
•Analyze customer requirements and business processes in order to map them properly with myCare ERP.
•Analyze and resolve complex customer issues related to data and processes.
•Understanding the business processes and plan different phases of ERP implementation which includes configuration, customizations, integration, support, workflows etc.
•Technical support and upgrades
•Follow up with developers to get development tasks done in time.
•Test system functions and validate with requirements.
•User Training and support
•Prepare Reconciliation sheet
•Deliver system to the client and conduct UAT (User Acceptance Test) Deliver training on different myCare modules.
•Help support team in supporting clients and end users.
Responsibilities & Major Roles:
•Provide first tier support and helpdesk
•Ms. Windows infrastructure (Servers, workstation, printers) troubleshooting maintenance and support
•Network infrastructure (Routers, Switches and Access Points) Troubleshooting, maintenance and support.
•Ms. Windows, SQL database backup implementation
•VistA Application’s end user technical support and maintenance
•VistA Application general configuration and technical support
•Troubleshoot and analyze clients complains and resolve them in a quality and timely manner
•Prioritize opened Remedy tickets and resolve them
•Manage and resolve all internal IT helpdesk
•Achieve IT Helpdesk outputs according to Department’s KPIs.
