* Developing and managing cash flow budget of the assigned project and achieving stand -
alone financial sustainability during project execution.
* Completing post order of assigned project till Final Acceptance Certificate (FAC).
* Conducting Route survey to identify cutting lengths and location of joint bays etc.
* Coordination with customer, authorities and agencies for necessary clearances and work
permits required, if any.
* Planning for resources for site activities - within in-house resources or through
subcontracting.
* Selection of subcontractors, finalization of scopes and prices, and freezing the scope (if
needed) in consultation with Contracts & Procurement Dept. and Operation Manager.
* Coordination with customers and subcontractors and ensure smooth execution of projects
* Maintaining highest standard levels for quality and safety and Making sure that they are
strictly followed at site without any deviation to ensure customer satisfaction and company
image.
* Making a bar chart of all activities with time schedule till final project execution.
* Follow up with manufacturing for timely delivery and coordinate for inspection, logistics,
and after sales service (if needed) accordingly.
* Following up all the site activities and coordination with customers and subcontractors.

* Raising progressive invoices on time and follow up till collection.

* Coaching and motivating Project Engineers and preparing them for handling the job
