• Manage the preparation and communication of the OSP and ISP implementation and closing of Key Account Projects related to FTTH, MSAN, Ethernet, SDH & DWDM.
• Set objectives and priorities for the execution of work in line with the project scope and customer’s requirements.
• Prepare detailed Project Plan in coordination with ISP PMs and customer management.
• Coordinate project activities with involved departments and stakeholders.
• Manage and evaluate change requests and assess the impact on the cost, time, and quality of the project.
• Perform risk management to minimize project risks.
• Monitor the Implementation of ISP such as MSAN, Ethernet, SDH & DWDM and proactively track bottlenecks and related issues to ensure that project schedules and key milestones are satisfactorily met.
• Monitor the Implementation of OSP & FTTH milestone end to ends such as Customer access pass, Survey, Design, Materials, Civil job, Fiber job, FTR and FJS preparation and submission in NPTS system, Granite request and upload, Patching request through TFS system, PRE-PAT, and final PAT and discussing the issues arises during each milestone with the concern groups.
• Follow up for all needed approvals from Section Managers, Directors, Finance, Controls, and other departments.
• Coach and supervise district PMs and third parties/vendors to complete assigned jobs efficiently on time and on budget and according to agreed quality.
• Communicate any changes in the implementation plan to related district PM / ISP PM and other stakeholders and update the project prioritization accordingly.
• Conduct regular project progress review and coordination meetings with key project team members, third parties/vendors, and other project stakeholders.
• Ensure project delivery Plan is followed by district PMs and ISP PM and keep stakeholders updated.
• Schedule weekly meetings with the higher management to discuss the project status and determine the area needed for their support.
• Track project deliverables with the appropriate tools.
Supervisor for Installation Team in Retal Access company STC Project.
Responsibilities
Lead and coordinate with 5 teams responsible to install NOKIA site in Makah
region STC project.
Achievements
Coordinate with the management and the other teams ( RF & Civil)
Install the site from zero and Nokia Equipments (antenna, feeders, MW, IDU, ODU and all other related issue's
Install Nokia multi radio 4G and swap 2G ultra and flexi site's with the new Nokia multi radio 2G.

Clarify the site to be ready for PAT.

Responsibilities
Operation and maintenance Engineer for Nokia Siemens Site's in JIZAN region 24\7.
Achievements Good knowledge about Nokia Siemens Site's ULTRA & FLEXI Bothe 2G & 3G. Responsible about Generating PM-Report. Troubleshooting & Fix the Problem for the Site even its Outage & Degraded issue. Commissioning and integrated the Nokia Site's. VSWR Testing and responsibilities using Site Master. Familiar with Transmissions works and E1, Fiber and IP link's. Familiar with MW Issues and IDU's Commissioning and integrated (Nokia FIU & FIU-19), Flexi Hybrid, NEC and Harris.
NOS, network operation support with SNS BATCO in NOC department in STC Riyadh for Nokia Siemens Nods 2G & 3G.
Responsibilities
NOS, network operation support as will for the engineer in the field and tracking the ticket through RTTS.
Achievements Ensuring continuous 24/7 network supervision of NSN STC Network nodes and segments. Providing 1st line support for O&M engineering including accurate and timely problem remedy, escalation, and any failures in the shortest possible time. Following up on remedial efforts, including vendor support where engaged through STC Network Support Engineers, until closure of the Trouble Ticket or Shift Handover.

Responsibilities
Dealing with Trouble ticket registers by Customer.
Achievements Dealing with Trouble ticket registers by Customer Client throw Testing Tools LTS (Line Test System) and NA (Network analyzer). Trouble shooting with customer and support customer to configure multi type of Modems (STC Modems / Linksys / Speed Touch / Net gear …). Activating ADSL ports using NMS for different type of vendors ( Alcatel DSLAM and ISAM / Hawaii / Siemens ) Support Technicians in the field giving Tech. information, help in provision over all ADSL and Fixed Line System. Reporting any problem over Network element. Activating Customer Circuit over Fixed Line Systems (Lucent, Siemens net Manger and Hawaii Soft switches).
Planning to expand the network and monitor the Performance of the network and detect problems and analyze it and find solutions.
Achievements Very good knowledge of mobile networks (GSM & WCDMA). Ability to work with network planning program such as: Map info, TEMS Investigation and Business Object. Ability to do a drive test by (TEMS Investigation) from Ericsson to mobile network (2G & 3G) and defining the problems, analyze it and finding solutions to fix it.
