Manage Altorath International Engineering Consultants projects HSE scope from the early stages of design through supervising the execution of the projects till the handing over of these project. Responsible and a dedicated focal point for Oil & Gas projects with various high profile clients as ADNOC, ZADCO, ADCO & GASCO. HSE In charge of an Offshore oil and gas project on Zirku Island. Handling over all 56 ongoing projects with the assistance of a highly competent team and in complete compliance and full coordination with the clients. Ensuring the compliance against OHSAS 18001 requirements & ISO 14001. Attend HSE programs, workshops & forums locally and in the Gulf Region as the company performs in KSA, QATAR & Oman. In charge of 25 HSE Professionals distributed among company projects and reporting to COO/ Director of Altorath.
Oil & Gas Design Projects HSE Engineer involved in different phases of projects development starting from preliminary, conceptual, Basic, FEED down to EPC and construction phases. Responsible of a team of safety officers/engineers in many locations and sites. In charge of the development and maintenance of health, safety and environmental systems. Participate with client, contractors & Subcontractors for all safety activities and managing and controlling Safety System of the projects.. Reporting to AIC director and conduct quarterly HSE meeting with the HSE team. HSE In charge of an offshore oil and gas project on Zirko Island.

A technical Safety Engineer in a team of specialists to be outsourced to other firms for auditing and safety solutions. Safety Engineer In-charge of Al Falah Holding Group companies. Main responsibilities:
•Managing risk and providing technical insights in solving health safety issues in various environments
•Inspections and risk assessments to the company batch plants and workshops.
•Identifying safety hazards by analysing system safety procedures.
•Toolbox talks to workers, drivers and staff.
•Presenting Al Falah in all the client’s HSE meetings and activities.
•Supervise that all client’s sites HSE rules and instructions are followed.
