Offering organization, coordination, and direction to all health, safety, environment, emergency response, and fire/ loss prevention operations in order to protect and safeguard people, assets and organization as a whole.
▪ Scheduling periodic audits/ inspections to identify risk, detect fraud and assess the efficiency of prevalent HSE, loss prevention, and emergency response systems/ policies/ practices.

Presented round the clock support to multiple construction projects simultaneously from conception till final execution to
ensure timely delivery of projects with strong focus on prescribed quality, budgeted costs, and allotted time-frames.
▪ Interpreted construction drawings, contract documents including other submittals and aptly established project management
strategy with appropriate level of planning for all site works (structural, architectural, and MEP).
▪ Outlined project plans, resource/ staffing requirements; coordinated sub-contracting arrangements and maintained steady flow
of resources to ensure project progress/ deliverables as per proposed construction plans/ drawings.

to determine work accomplished and validate claim request (for additional cost/ time) from sub-contractors.
