 Dealing with customer queries and complaints.
 Ensuring compliance with health and safety
legislation.
 Recruiting, Training, Supervising and appraising
staff.
 Maximizing profitability and setting/meeting
sales targets, including motivating staff to do so.
 Overseeing pricing and stock control.
 Maintaining statistical and financial records.
