Job description:-
Dealing with customer queries and complaints.
Ensuring compliance with health and safety
legislation.
Recruiting, Training, Supervising and appraising
staff.
Maximizing profitability and setting/meeting
sales targets, including motivating staff to do so.
Overseeing pricing and stock control.
Maintaining statistical and financial records.
Preparing promotional materials and displays.
Maintain product knowledge.
Monitor store and employee key performance
indicators.
Ensure showroom is kept to company visual
standards.
* Welcomes customers by greeting them, offering
them assistance.
* Ensure high levels of customers satisfaction
through excellent sales service.
* Advises customers by providing information on

* Helps customers make selections by building
customer confidence, offering suggestions and
opinions.
* Remain knowledgeable on products offered and
discuss available options.

customer service.

* Receiving D&A daily information shipments
schedule.
* Answering customers queries and complains.
* Communicate, inform and educate the customer
with details about query.
* Transferring calls to concerned persons.
* Receive complex customer complaints and follow
up.
* Make a replay to a customer complaint.
* Follow up and closing pending, incomplete jobs &
complaints.
* File a customer complaint.
