STEAM & GAS TURBINE :
- Erection of Gas Turbine, Auxiliary package, Exhaust Plenum, GT Generator, Steam Turbine, ST Generator, bearing pedestal,
- Alignment Gas turbine to Auxiliary, Shat Gt/GTG, ST/STG, ….,
- Assembly and erection of:
• GT/GTG ST/STG structure and enclosure, walkways, platform, ladders,
• structure and Filter House(1st 2nd & 3rd stage),
• Exhaust Duct & By-pass Stack,
• Ventilation inlet & Outlet
• Installation of BOP: Condenser, lube oil cooler, ventilation fans, Sump tank, Excitation Container, Excitation transformer, Smoke Analyzer, Gas Module, Light fuel oil Heater Skid, Oil mist elimination skid, GT Liquid fuel system, Water Injection Module, GLAC, GNAC .
TRANSFORMERS (HYOSUNG, 500KVA) : Development of lifting plan and installation.
On Base, Off Base piping: installation, flushing & hydro test.
Method statement & rigging plan.
Main Duties: Pipe line installation, Electric dehydrators and electric separators, Vessels for gathering and storage of gas and liquefied gas, tank equipment, buried and ground-level units, tank heaters, Strainer selection, Valve Selection, Pump Selection, CAD Dwg (AutoCAD and Compas ) and Flow calculation.
Technical Engineer at EDAN groupe International SAL From AUG 2003 - July 2006:
Technical support, mechanical maintenance and repair of electrical generator (SDMO, Jubaili Bros, Elcos, Olympian, Lion rock, Lister-Peter)
- Monitoring the maintenance team through the online tracking (GPS) and through surprise visits on site during their presence there.
- Checking maintenance reports
- Site spot check on maintenance performance.
-Ordering all spares parts for electrical generators ( Bosch, Zf, Mahle, Man, Zexel, Sachs, Cargo...)
