Responsibilities:
• Develop comprehensive project plans, including timelines, milestones, and resource allocation.
• Oversee project execution, monitor progress against established plans, and make necessary adjustments to ensure timely delivery.
• Act as the primary point of contact for the senior management, providing regular updates on project status, addressing concerns
• Allocate resources efficiently and effectively to meet project requirements and deadlines.
• Identify resource constraints or potential bottlenecks and proactively address them to mitigate risks to project delivery.
• Manage external vendors and subcontractors as needed, ensuring deliverables meet quality standards and timelines.
• Develop project budgets and closely monitor financial performance throughout the project lifecycle.
• Identify opportunities for cost optimization and efficiency improvements while maintaining project quality.
• Ensure accurate and timely invoicing, working closely with finance teams to reconcile project expenses.

• Supervise the preparation of baseline schedule taking inconsideration the design stages, project sequencing, project zoning and logic links between activities

• Preparing the deployment plan and Ordering the resources (manpower, equipment and material) in proactively manner through manpower and manpower prediction based on the baseline schedule in order to enable head office to properly plan and meet our requirements
• Cost control and make sure that the activities within the budget
• Execute correspondences with client representatives/consultant, subcontractors and various parties
• manage technical, commercial and planning team in order to prepare variations of change orders /value engineering and prepare the related events in order to reserve the right to claim the time and cost impact.

• Chair progress and technical meetings and take the necessary actions
