Job Purpose:
Ensuring the best and most sustainable product availability across the operating regions (KSA, UAE, EGY, BAH, QAT, OMN, KWT, LEB, JOR, TUR) with the best possible quality and according to the planned time frame with the minimum stock levels aiming to achieve the annual sales plan.

Duties and Responsibilities:
 Analyze past buying trends, sales records, price, and quality of merchandise to determine value and yield.
 Analyze the selling rate for each SKU to determine the needed quantities for replenishing SKUs and ensuring the availability of the minimum stock levels.
 Analyzing inventory related information to study how quickly certain products have turned in the past and identifying products that have not been successful for the store through pilots.
 Replenishment of goods in the warehouse and stores; tracking the high demand models and ensuring that those models are properly sourced and available on demand.
 Transferring the goods that were not successful in one store to another if the demand is higher at another store.
 Planning the product purchasing for the new releases, based on the planned product profile.
 Analyze stock levels and sales performance to specify inventory devaluation provisions and calculate the required quantities per country to reach the standard planned stock percentage per store according to store size and place (cluster).
 Setting the right price points for various goods after the analysis of various goods and the margins needed.
 Ensure healthy stock levels across the regions to prevent outdated products.
 Coordination with the stores to fulfill customers’ demand.
 Yearly budgeting and reallocations throughout the year to accommodate with the ever changing strategies and business needs.
 Replenishment parameters update, MRP running, and follow up with the different distribution channels from the suppliers until reaching the stores’ floor.
 New stores opening and closing support and execution.

- Freight budget monitor and definition of cost reduction/avoidance opportunities when prompted

- Helped reduce the air freight costs through the development of an all-inclusive air freight cost calculator which helped decide the cheapest yet reliable options at all situations

Outbound logistics responsibilities:
- Containers booking plans (Outbound)
- Cost allocation and recharging customers and suppliers with the freight costs incurred on a monthly basis
- Containers delivery plans execution according to the customers’ needs
