o After suffering a 6-week project delay due to importation of building materials developed a fast-track plan that was able to recover the 6-week delay and still complete the project on-time and on-budget.

Conducting Procurement Audits during site work ensuring that quality and schedule where in line with the terms of the contract.

Custom designed and constructed homes in suburban areas of Minnesota, USA. Met with inspectors on‐site to ensure that construction was kept on schedule and up to code. Management of balance sheets, progress draw requests and loan requests with resource allocation to contractors and suppliers.
• After assessing existing construction completion times, developed a new scheduling technique that reduced home building completion times by 20%.
• Reduced construction cost by 10% by utilizing Negotiating Techniques and implementing various construction contract types to keep costs down as well as leveling out funding requirements.
