o Manage all areas of Cash, including Payroll and Petty Cash, Accounts Receivable, Accounts Payable and General Ledger operational activity

o Ensure that all reports and financial records are in accordance with GAAP and IFRS standards
o Secure financial information by completing database backups
o Safeguard and protect organization's value and integrity by keeping information confidential

o Supervise all HR activity including the personnel section i.e. insurance, travelling, renewal and cancellation of employment
o Process annual and sick leaves.
o Draft business letters, reports or office memorandum to manage and maintain the meetings schedule and document minutes of meetings.
o Distribute all incoming and outgoing mail
o Organize and file all documents
o Ensure office equipment is properly maintained and serviced
o Assist, whenever requested by Management, in fulfilling any task that requires the incumbent's skills and capacity of accomplishment.
