• Respond to customer issues/ queries in a timely and efficient manner.
• Provide great customer service by answering product and service questions; suggesting information about other products and services.
• Assist customers with queries related to cheque books requisitions, debit& credit cards, ATM cards, statements, account balance, loans, online banking, as appropriate.
• Follow a retention process for account closure stating reasons for the closure properly.
• Ensure that the daily and monthly targets on the following are met: Sales Target, Customer feedback forms, referral calls- daily, outbound calls- daily.
• Increasing customer service and sales level.
• Cost control and quality assurance.
• Production, inventory and ordering management.
• Dealing with customer complains.
• Financial reports ( daily, weekly, monthly )
