• Creating effective and engaging corporate environment which accommodated diversified1 teams
• Measure the return on investment and effectiveness of talent practices and articulate opportunities for continuous improvement and capitalizing productivity
• Designing customized strategies and methods for facilitating and assessing learning that are invitational and reflective of best practices in learning that capitalized competitive edge and engagement
• Successfully designing, implementing and measuring the success of an organizational effectiveness initiative within a large, complex, multi-stakeholder environment with exceptional customer service mindset
• Utilize metric analyses to ensure the effectiveness, improvement and alignment to organizational strategy of OD
• Design and execute enterprise projects and solutions to maximize Organizational success
• Analyze trends and make recommendations that enhance Company culture and operational excellence
