Company size: 18 fixed and temporary employees, and business volume is increasing to reach more than 6.8 million by the end of 2022.
• The stage of studying and establishing the company: conducting a study of the market, the size of the required budget, choosing the administrative and industrial headquarters, legal procedures, interviewing job applicants with the required specializations, and contracting with companies supplying the required equipment, tools, and raw materials.
• Interviews with targeted clients (Carrefour, Ragab Sons, Oscar, Panda, Lulu, Arafa Group, Al Salam Advertising Agency, Art Print Advertising Company, Digital Valley Advertising, etc.) and signing work agreements with annual contracts.
• Handling the stages of work with specialized departments to ensure the quality of production, starting from the design stage to the printing or manufacturing stage and reaching the installation stage.
• Finding solutions to the problems raised during work to ensure that they are not repeated.
• Ensure that customers receive orders on the specified time.
• - Follow up on complete customer satisfaction with the level of product and service provided.
• Follow up on warehouses and raw materials orders and ensure that they are supplied on time in the company’s warehouses with the quality and agreed upon prices.
• Follow up on collections and payments from customers and also follow up on suppliers’ payments to ensure credibility.
• Follow up on the timeline of customers’ marketing plans to work on them as quickly as possible to ensure supply on the specified dates.
• Conduct promotional activities for the company to ensure the continuity of the relationship with existing customers and to gain new customers.
• Follow up on the procurement department to ensure obtaining the best materials at the best prices and the diversity of suppliers.
• Follow up on cost accounts, liquidity, budget, and taxes due.
