*assistant section head of the workshop:
Responsible for job allocation and job flow in the workshop including job scheduling
and labour allocation for day to day operations.
- Co-ordinate resources, (operational and human) schedules and activities to effectively manage jobs.
- Ensure supplies are ordered for each job.
- Assist with quoting, project management, materials purchasing and quality checks.
- Ensure correct job numbers are used and that time records are correct.
- Provide oversight and check job estimates.
- Regularly report progress on each job and quickly communicate delays or concerns
with the Director - Operations. Report on manpower overruns or shortfalls.
- Receive and review feedback from customers and follow up to ensure customer
satisfaction.
* Coordinator of preventive and corrective maintenaces (PM & CM):
-Ensure and guarantee all utilizes means in the maintenance period to facilitate the work in case of duplication.
*Draftsman :
-Draw any modification or new drawings through Auto-cad programs and follow it on site.
-Maintain the drawings and manuals database and keep drawings and manuals up to date.
-Following the document control register (DCR): It is a procedure that allows us to control our documents (Dwg or data sheet) either receiving or sending between the company and the clients, and this is docu-mented in an excel table dated by the reception or sending date of Document with notes marked by the customer.
*Planning technician:
-Helps in scheduling and planning - ability to do assistant work
-Assist in the preparation of the monthly maintenance report
-Planning the preventive maintenance (PM) and the annual shutdowns on MAXIMO.
- Responsible for maintenance implementation, structure, piping, valves, equipment etc and be a focal point for Planning and system sup-port for Shutdown activities through close liaison with the Shut-down Team, Maintenance and Operations group and to assess and de-tail the job scope/ steps, identify spare parts, other Material, Manpower and equipment requirement and Estimate duration and cost.
Draftsman :
