As the Head of Human Resources, I am responsible for leading an effective workforce planning and resourcing, developing and maintaining a human resource information system, developing policies and procedures, designing and implementing compensation and benefits strategies and systems, market surveys, rewards and recognition program, positive corporate communications, providing support for training and development activities across the organization, reviewing performance management systems, developing effective employee relations, feedback mechanism, inducting quality HR, ISO compliance and assisting in the strategic objectives of HR department. I am also coordinating TKN assignments for AKHS, P and developing HR Strategies on different components with Consultants. I am also appointed as Quality Improvement Representative (QIR) for HR in AKHS, P.
As a Manager, Human Resources in HR department, I was focusing on overall Organizational Development, worked on restructuring organization’s vision, mission, values, organizational structure and working on compensation & benefits and policies & performance management. Moreover, dealing with employee records, its digitalization project and managing transition of manual processes to automated processes in HRIS.
As an Human Resource Officer in Personnel Policies and Compensation (HR Division), I dealt with Annual salary increase, promotions, salary adjustments, incentives and allowances, job classification, payroll verification, making policies and procedures.
As the Scholarship Officer in Careers & Scholarship Department, I have developed the system and process of loan repayment and made drastic changes in the loan recovery portion of AKES, P. Dealt with other HR & financial matters of scholarship students.
