- Marketing Plan: Proposal of a marketing plan on a yearly basis with new objectives to achieve

- Event Management: organisation of CR2 banking events across multiple countries, organisation and participation in industry trade shows (Sibos, Cards Middle East, Retail Banking Forum Africa, Finovate Fall in New York, Finovate Europe in London, Russian Retail Banking Forum…), events logistics involving complex demo and equipment to be used on site such as an ATM machine, event follow up pre and post show, success results tracking
- Marketing Collateral: design and writing of new collateral in 4 languages, over 5 new brochures written every year for new solutions or to package a range of solutions
- Case Studies: writing of customers’ success stories, constant improvement with clients results or new product features
- Market Research: competition monitoring, market research to confirm CR2 expansion strategy
Analysts Relations: liaise with research companies and industry analysts to position CR2 in industry reports
- Digital Marketing: put in place a digital marketing plan to increase CR2’s brand awareness online to targeted communities
New Website: production of a new website
- SEO/PPC: liaising with the SEO agency to better rank CR2 based on organic keywords, managing Google Adwords internally
- Social Media: Publishing company and industry news in Twitter, LinkedIn, Facebook
- Emailing: Designing E-mailing campaigns and clients newsletters based on target audiences
- PPT presentations: producing corporate and product PowerPoint presentations and on-demand presentations to be used by the sales team
RFP Proposal contribution: contributing to RFP proposal along with the sales support team
- PR: writing and distributing press releases to the media
- Internal Newsletter: writing internal newsletters distributed to over 200 staff
- Sales Forecast: Producing a monthly sales report and forecast used by the CEO and CFO for Executive Committee and board of directors
- Clients Database: constantly updating the clients database with new contacts
- Sales & Marketing Recruitment: hunting and interviewing senior sales managers for positions to fill in Ukraine, South Africa, Egypt and West Africa.
- Product Marketing: product positioning and contribution to release plan
