Ensure the smooth daily operations of the Spa.

Guest satisfaction and Guest Relations.

Coordinate the client experience to exceed expectations and gain high yield for the spas.

Allocate time for treatments to maximize the schedule and ensure therapist shifts are fully booked without gaps between appointments.

Quality check reservations taken verses input into the booking software.

Sales of Gift Certificates.

Follow up emails to clients after experience has been complete.

Ensure to achieve the monthly target

Maintain Monthly Income / Target / Expenses Sheets &Prepare monthly Staff Incentives Report

Complete specific reports for Management to show revenues taken.

Daily administration tasks.

Maintain General Filing system and file all correspondence.

Handling Staff Concerns (overtime, under time, roster, leave and others).

Conduct client communication through telephone or e-mail where applicable.

Provide therapy continuums to achieve re-book and average spend targets.

Represent and Promote Guerlain Alfardan Spa in exhibitions/events

Establish relationships with corporate clients as directed by the Manager

Conduct different marketing activities as directed by Manager
