Being an intern at Musafir, I have acquired customer service skills and understood the chain of command.
My responsibilities included handling incoming customer calls, preparing various excel sheets, vouchers and insurance for the customers who were travelling abroad. Additionally, I had the responsibility to prepare holiday packages for my customers.
