• Organize and oversee advertising/communication campaigns (digital, print, partnership, etc.) along with promotional events
• Working closely with PR & Communications agency on campaigns ensuring that all projects are time-bounded and relevant as per discussed budget
• Conduct monthly market research and analysis to evaluate trends, brand awareness, and competition ventures.
• Write copy for diverse marketing distributions (Social media, newsletters, brochures, press releases, website material etc.)
• Maintain relationships with both vendors and media publishers to ensure collaboration in promotional activities
• Collaborate with Assistant Marketing Manager and Marketing Managers in creating and executing marketing campaigns; preparing budgets and monitoring expenses.
• Monitor and reply to reviews of different social media/ food search and discovery platforms
• Build strong and professional relationships with the marketing contacts of restaurant brands
• Build brand recognition through local events and experiential marketing
