Responsibilities:
• Accurate/ timely entering to AR/GL & reconciliation of accounts as per company policies.
• Accurate/ timely preparation and monitoring of cash balances.
• Accurate/ timely preparation of FOREX transaction report.
• Follow up on debtors to ensure timely receipt of funds.
• Maintain the total outstanding from non IATA debtors within the bank guarantee level and check on the validity of the bank guarantee.
• Reconciliation of maintain reserve accounts as per company policies.
Responsibilities:
• Data entry of cargo sales returns received from UL locations/ Agents/ GSA and verifies the collections made on Airway Bills in accordance with the UL tariff procedures.
• To invoice for any regularities found in reporting Cargo sales by UL locations/ GSA agents to make sure the sales are done in accordance with the UL approval tariffs.
• To monitor unreported inward charges collect records and co-ordinate with the location accounts officer/ GSA for the necessary collections.
• Accurate and timely data capture and process flown data for decision making and interline
billing.
• Creating flight batches based on information from the load sheets for processing functions.
• Data Entry of flight packets received from stations for processing functions.
• Input of flown transactions to the system and resolve exceptional conditions to ensure
accuracy of flown revenue.

• Preparing final accounts, budget reports for the management to take decisions.
