•Manage the Snagging and de snagging activity: (perform Civil, MEP, Architectural snagging, and QC) as per the IFC drawing.
•Informed to property management about violation
•Handling defect issues raised by shop in charges, office staffs end user through CAFM system.
•Responsible for managing the office systems, which can often include the IT and office equipment
