Key Responsibilities: Establishing and Leading the in-house creative department of Nasrallah Group “NG” with the objective of strengthening the equity of existing brands and establishing corporate identity and equity of new ones.
NG is a consortium specialized in food business owning SMEDS Intl, Hanilor sal (Tello, Penguin, Nucrema brands among others) and UFICO sal.
Key Achievements:
•Establishing the creative department from scratch.
•Role expanded beyond Classical Creative responsibilities comprising Client Servicing, Purchasing, Copyrighting and Production roles (ATL and BTL). This evolves around brainstorming and presenting innovative ideas (Ordinary and cross promotions), creation of communication briefs, writing radio scripts, coming up with selling lines, negotiating rate cards and bids with various production vendors, establishing on-going business relationships with the production suppliers and follow up on the printing results.
•On the business front, revamping the “SMEDS” brand image via standardizing the portfolio of the existing and new lines of the brand in the MENA Region (standard new packaging, website, unified catalogues, creation of brand manual, promotional campaigns and ongoing seasonal promotions etc…)
•Renovating the image of “Penguin” Brand through an uplift of all existing packaging with a full ATL and BTL campaign.
•Upgrading the Equity of “Captain Fisher” to match with the competitor starting by improving packaging, uplift of logo, positioning the brand via new selling line and a complete outdoor and radio campaign.
•Creating new packaging design and brand names from scratch as private labels.
•Support and coach the new organization composed by - 2 Art Directors.

Senior Art Director at EchoMedia

Key Responsibilities: Leading the creation and execution of creative concepts for all Local and Regional accounts within the agency ranging in different business fields (FAP Plastic and Furniture Industries, Ozone for occasions and events, Aroma Restaurant, M1 Group, Le Consulat Libanais a Monaco, CFLB, Mobitel). Work comprised logos and corporate identity creation, packaging design, outdoor campaign, press ads, POSM Designs. The creative department consisted of the production manager and myself.
Key Achievements:
•Leading fully all FAP outdoor campaigns from concept creation, copyrighting of the taglines and full execution of the design and press ads. These campaigns are “25 years spending our days preparing our nights”, “What s his name again” “The best in bed”, “It all happened here and we witness”.
•The last two campaigns are participating currently in the Phoenix de la Pub (2010).
•I was also responsible of all ATL FOR OZONE for weddings, sister company of Echomedia.

Regional Art Director at Massoud & Partners Advertising Agency

Key Responsibilities: Started as a Junior Art Director to grow as Senior Regional Art Director responsible for more than 50% of the Agency business (ATL and BTL) with main clients Poppins Cornflakes (Lebanon), Federal Bank (Lebanon), Georges Hobeika Haute Couture (Lebanon), Katatit confectionary (Syria), El Nokhol Jordan’s Treasure (Jordan), Al Hikma Pharmaceutical (Jordan). Work comprised business trips to Jordan and Syria.
Key Achievements:
•Taking the role of the Agency TV producer ( working on everything needed for a TV commercial including attending meeting of post and pro-production meetings, sitting with director and discussing the board of the TV)
•Attending all TV commercial shooting example: Master Chips ads, Buffies, all Poppins ads, and finally Squeeze ads
•Attending radio script recording and coming up sometimes with radio scripts
