Manage regional medical & global food orders to serve the
region.
• Follow the Validation process for the Medical items depending
on their categories sing different tools such as QCT and contact
lead buyers and biomed engineers.
• Contract management for food orders including coordinating
inspection procedure to insure quality standards adherence.
• Processing POs according to the financial rules of the organization,
launching RFQs & RFTs.
• Compare between offers and select the most suitable one based on
the requesters specifications.
• Maintain contact with suppliers and ensure good relationship base
(SRM) and follow the same approach with the requesters.
• Follow the organization’s financial rules on processing invoices, and
then follow the filing system for the audits.

Assigned on a Temporary Expat Mission to assist with the
deployment of the ERP system being used in the Organization.
Responsibilities:
• Onsite & remote support the logistics department (Supply chain,
Procurement, Warehouse) with how to process the Logistics ERP
system (IRIS & Oscar Light) and follow the ICRC procedures. Assist
LOG with how to apply the LOG Operations in the system.
• Conduct Trainings for the users/requesters of the ERP system for all
the departments.

2. Tunisia 2019 (1 month)
3. Various countries 2020 (Myanmar & Colombia - 6 months).
Worked remotely with more than 20 country.
Manage regional logistical orders in the NAME region, and for
certain items (wheelchairs) the global region.
• The focal point between all logistical units (warehouse, purchase,
transport) in Jordan as well as the sites requesting Jordan's support
with the supply process.
• Manage the stock position of particular items and plan distribution
according to regional requests.
• Support the logistics department with how to process the Logistics
ERP (JDE) system and to follow the ICRC procedures.
• Arrange distribution with FLEET unit for JO operations and with
Transport unit for regional requests.
