Handling: ONE OAK Co's (online & offline) Marketing Presence, Call center and customer service by:
1- Preparing Monthly Marketing Plan for all accounts.
2- Working closely with my team to achieve and handle:
a- Online & Offline:
1- Social media:
• Full responsibilities for all our online platforms ( Face book 1oakeg, 1oaknd & 1oakp90 pages, intagaram, twitter and YouTube)
• Handling the social media pages:
• Prepare The monthly plan social media posts, and what we are posting in each day with creative ideas
• Schedule all the posts with captions
• Handling the Social media moderator; to answer all questions asked by the fans
• Handling all the complaints and reviews, update them daily
• Creating more engaging campaigns with all the clients through social media channel
• Responsible for working on increasing number of followers for each account on Instagram to reach the right segmentation
• Researching and updating the social media pages to be the best by posting new posts, creating new ads, etc.
2- Online PR:
Responsible for:
• Schedule meetings with the top online platforms that can give us the full support for ONE OAK
• Getting quotations and finalizing contracts with the best deals possible
• Preparing ideas by sending the brief of each month idea/ads to each account manager
• Follow up for receiving the content (photos\videos or articles)and posting the posts based on each platform deal
• Preparing the social media platforms announcement posts
• Follow up to update all the online menus prescience in elmenus and otlob platforms with the last updates prices regularly
3- Campaigns:
Each Marketing campaign / contest we will run our responsibility is to prepare the following
• Campaigns Name, Title/Hash tag used, Objective for the campaign and its Main Idea, Prepare number of posts/videos, PR helping in it "articles or visuals or posts" & Campaigns status/results
4- Events:
Outdoor events:
• Search for the best events that will match our targeted segmentation
• Searching, organizing, planning and attending events including mega events or exhibitions
• Take approvals & Pay quotation
• Prepare the menu, events message, the booth “if found”, Uniform in the event & all thing you will take to event
• Gather and maintain leads into CRM as needed.
Indoor events:
• Updating the Calendar for all events taking place at ONE OAK with each marketing campaign "new year, valentine, Ramadan, contest, etc.
5- SMSs:
• Getting the best quotation possible
• Preparing the SMS for the targeted Segmentation
• Sending the SMS and following up for responses
b- Customer service & call center Manager:
• Starting from Interviews and classifications for agents to doing and following on getting the agents the full orientation and training system till taking calls
• Call theme and scripts full orientation
• Preparing the most questions asked by the fans with each answer to support and help in the call process with clients
• Customer service and handling complaint full training & Logging full customers' data
• Scheduling shifts to cover all hours and preparing monthly & daily reports
• Supervising all the qualities and telephone technique for all agents
• Up selling and menu knowledge training
• Monitor all the calls received
• Preparing the marketing message announcement for all the agents in each call
