Work as Implementation Manager by following subcontractor installation and commissioning progress (4G antenna, RRUs, Fibers, BS …etc) and follow driving main Fiber link from Exchange to Terminal BS by follow CWO, support in troubleshooting .

Worked as Implementation Manager managing and controlling subcontractors in CIVIL and TELECOM work until the site become On Air, Check with subcontractor the excavation for tower foundation until tower erection and painting, then follow TELECOM equipment installation (antenna - RRU - Fiber - BS - MW antenna - BS integration - environmental alarms configuration - replacement of faulty equipment, provide accurate and meaningful tracking report to PM .Then worked as PAT Manager by creating schedule for PAT and following PAT progress and OILs clearing with subcontractors until the site delivered to costumer.

Work as contractor with MOBILY (ALDANA) for O&M in Fiber connection.
Install new Fiber Cable (G652D, G655 and G656) inside manhole and connect terminal cable to each other using closures (12-24-48-96 fibers) then testing the splice points and light path in terminal sites using OTDR. Connect Fiber in terminal site to (ODF) . Then connect it using patch cords to FPP according to design (SRO) then connect it to Cisco Rack (WSS, DMX) . Install transponder cards and connect patch cords to FPP of Shelf and FPP of client (HUWAWEI, ERICSSON, etc)
Connect PC to TCC and print card, Shelf and link status using CTC software.
Check link quality and BER using MTS8000 then do PAT for link.
Work in O&M for fiber in links problem (loss, downtime, fiber cable cut, BER, etc)
