Gained experience in all UAE subsidiaries; Madar Emirates, Madar Holding and Madar Steel Industries. Was assigned for five months in the Headquarter serving all Madar markets and was reporting to the HR Director in the area of Talent management.
•Led the HR function in Madar Steel Industries with a reporting line to Factory Manager.
•Reworked all factory HR action plans and re innovated some HR systems to track the plans progress.
•Introduced the HR portal (ERP), from 3infotech, project to all Madar employees in all markets.
•Created-from scratch- a local HRIS and deployed it to all Madar markets. This system provides information in almost all HR areas such as employee’s data base, new hires join up logistics, training activities tracking, disciplinary systems, compensation and benefits analysis and automates all HR forms.
•Led with IT the development of a benchmark HR website and deployed it to all employees. This HR website has all necessary information that all employees need to know about HR activities and tasks. This includes HR systems, organization structure, automated recruitment requests, job descriptions, HR KPIs, HR announcements, reward & recognition activities and policy.
•Formulate strategies and to help develop and improve HR functions in each area
•Developed automated and consolidated tracking system for all HR functions in Madar markets.
•Led recruitment campaigns, improved the recruitment process, and reduced its cycle time from 45 days to 30 days.
•Implemented various assessment tests for candidate selection.
•Managed the on boarding program for new hires.
•Led the execution of several Madar training courses.
•Managed the mentoring program for new hires.
•Improved the payroll process and improved its quality and delivery.
•Developed and deployed HR admin systems such as visas, employee’s data base, employee’s files.

•Led the Salary Survey for UAE, Qatar and KSA with MERCER and presented results to the senior management.
•Revamped several HR and Personnel & Admin policies such as Comp & Ben, Business Travel, Leave, Employment Contract and Offer and Transfer.
•Conducted visit to the newly acquired subsidiary to conduct gap analysis and audit and develop actions for bringing it in line with DSI policies and culture.
