Make Daily health check for all RAN (2G/3G and 4G) and IPRAN NEs.
•Troubleshooting activities to solve encountered RAN and IPRAN network problems and escalates them to concerned parties.
•Trouble tickets (TT), change requests (CR) handling as per agreed service level agreement (SLA).
•Commissioning, integration for Huawei BSC, RNC, BTS, NodeB and eNB.
•Commissioning, integration for ZTE BSC, RNC, BTS and NodeB.
•Participate in core network implementation activities.
•Perform periodic systems back up for all RAN and IPRAN NEs.
•Perform daily check and daily activities and report it to the manager.
•Prepare Daily, weekly and monthly reports.
•Perform Ad-Hoc tasks assigned by management.
Operate the existing BSS elements (BSC, RNC, TRAU and BTS) for HUAWEI & ZTE platform.
•Handle trouble shooting activities to solve encountered BSS network
•problems and escalates them to BSS Senior Engineer
•Work closely with contractors on implementing new radio sites
•Participate in core network implementation activities.

Monitor all MTN Network nodes consist of multi vendors (ALCATEL, ERICSSON, HUAWIE, &ZTE).
•Perform 1st level of maintenance before escalating problems to the 2nd lines such as Analyzing problems and performs troubleshooting.
•Escalate power failures, transmission links' problems and faulty devices or hardware detected after troubleshooting/ diagnosing to the field support engineers (Radio, Transmission and others).
•Send regular reports and notifications on daily basis about the current status of the network and updates if a fault is detected and Assure site clearance after the end of the work.
•Responsible for giving permission for any works in the sites or the switch especially for works which have impact on the coverage
•Record intrusion details (phone, company, time in, time out and work type).
•Give the required information for troubleshooting purposes.
•Make sure that all planned interventions on the operational networks are carried out in a controlled timely manner with minimum service downtime. It includes supporting the other parties, Sending notifications to concerned parties with clear and simple description about the activities, checking the status after the completion of the operations and Informing whom it may concern when the operations end about the results.
