To develop engineering design solutions for A350 PAX and Cargo door concessions by which non
conforming components may become acceptable for use, with or without repair/rework at required
(Part/Assembly) level for the defects raised by OEM Quality department at part manufacturing level. An
aircraft component includes Skin, beams/stringers, frames, edgemembers and structure assembly. Have
ability and working experience with various non-conformities like shifted/double holes, unwanted holes,
oversized holes, delamination, dimension out of tolerance, Tool marks/dents, unwanted drill start etc.
Good knowledge on applicable Technical Procedures, SRM/ASR limitations for door design, DTN and
Customer Standards to decide whether Concession is required for particular non-conformity or can be
solved with MRB rework. Design assessments are developed as Concession Answers are developed in-line
with Airbus Standards and in compliance with stress requirements. Generation of drawing pack
containing drawings and 3D models with associated calculations. Providing good quality design
assessments to clear the non-conformances with appropriate solutions.

Customizing and distributing Technical Publications - Responsible for the creation, revision, and
management of all Flight Operations company manuals, incorporating both technical and general updates
in compliance with the requirements of the States Aviation Authority and FAR regulations. Tasks include
managing XML data files for manuals such as the FCOM, AFM, FCTM, and QRH using document
management system like Airbus FODM, and ensuring final loads are successfully transferred to Flysmart
(EFB) via the Airbus Gateway.
Efficiently controlling the Aircraft Allocation Table (AAT) and manual revisions for Part 125 and Part 135
operation by collecting and integrating data from relevant sources. Accountable for updating airline
manuals and coordinating their submission for approval by the States Aviation Authority.
Additionally perform Technical Librarian duties, ensuring all technical documentation and vendor/OEM
supplied information is accurately maintained and kept up to date to support safe airline operations.
Coordinating revisions and controlled document distribution to respective departments like operation and
maintenance in the airline. Knowledgeable in revising MEL tasks by collaborating with experienced
engineers.

FOS Database maintenance for Pilots Training/Check and Licensing - To update the documents regarding
training record of pilots; which includes Training/Check (RT & IPC), CRM & SEP, Line Checks, ELP, Airmen
Licenses. Tracking expiring pilot documents on monthly basis by maintaining technical data report and
informing concerned personnel for renewals.

Aerospace Technical Publications (Maintenance Manuals) - Technical Writing of various Aircraft related
Maintenance Manuals; Creating and Revising Engine Level Documents like Cleaning Inspection and Repair
manuals (CIR), Illustrated Parts Catalog (IPC), Service Bulletins (SB), Component Maintenance Manuals
(CMM) for Aircraft Auxiliary units, electrical and air management systems. Revising and authoring several
CMMs and IPCs as per iSpec2200 requirement standards to meet the customer requirement. Performing
final quality check of the revised manuals and managing working package at offshore.
