Here I am looking after day to day operations of quality improvement in promotional activities for vaccination of Pneumonia in children and also looking after issues arising in field.
•Worked as Consultant Monitoring & Evaluation of Routine Immunization in all districts of Sindh including Karachi in USAID DELIVER Project from May 2015 to March 2016. Here I worked on Vaccine Logistics Management Information System and Contraceptive Logistics Management Information System for visibility of data for timely and effective decision making in Sindh Province. Here I used to train vaccinators and also used to monitor quality of Vaccine and Family Planning services in government facilities in most of the districts in Sindh. I also used to compile and submit monitoring reports on quarterly basis.
Here I used to do liaison with patients, attendants, and hospital staff including On-Call Surgeons and Physicians for timely treatments and smooth plus efficient functioning of hospital setup.
. Here I also used to work as Administrator On-Call in Special and Executive wards of Liaquat National Hospital in absence of Administrator On-Call of Hospital. Here I also used to look after Pre-op and post operational issues of private ward patients and night security matters of Hospital in liaison with Nursing team, Pharmacy team, On-Call Residents and Consultants.
•Worked as CMO ER-1 of SIUT and night Administrator On-Call of old building of SIUT inside Civil Hospital
Here I used to work as Administrator On-Call in Emergency, Burns Ward and Jail Ward on Sundays and Public Holidays.
