• Static analysis of Critical Piping systems connected to Pumps and pressure vessels using CAESAR II.
• Performed variety of Analyses like Flange leakage check, WRC 107 check.
• Selection of spring hanger to reduce the load on equipment nozzle to allowable limit.
• Calculation of slug load, safety valve reaction force, Pump API 610, pipe rack expansion loop optimisation.
• Preparation of stress isometric drawings
• Calculation of pipe wall thickness as per ASME Codes B 31.1, B 31.3, B 31.4, B 31.8.
