Managed and developed existing portfolio of 20 accounts in the academic and corporate sectors, identified opportunities and acquired new business within 8 countries in the GCC and Levant region - with a focus on the corporate market. Reporting to VP of Sales.
-Maintained client portfolio within assigned territory, worth over €9M in annual revenue.
-Managed overall business development activities from prospect identification to funnel management, together with targeted marketing campaigns - using both Salesforce and SAP CRM.
-Oversaw the development of pharmacovigilance solutions’ market share in the region, and appointed product champion, in charge of training a team of 12 peers on product knowledge (working with the development team in Germany).
-Built sustainable pipeline generating 25 new business opportunities by end of quarter 2, of which €115K revenue confirmed.
-Created structured monthly reports and quarterly forecast using existing quotes and year on year data.
-Attended international industry conferences and trade shows, keeping abreast of industry trends as well
as creating new contacts and leads.

Identified and developed new business opportunities, as well as managed a number of existing academic and corporate accounts throughout 12 countries - and achieved successful sales growth of 139% on year 1, by acquiring large and important accounts, one of which worth $1.5M, which I subsequently managed.
