• Manage HR related tasks and documenting for the staf including payroll process, benefits, training and interview on-boarding new recruits.
• Develop and implement the new targeted hiring procedures and diversifying the workplace.
Finished my internship that ends on December which conclude of half a year of internship at the largest Malaysia aviation company called Malaysia Aviation Group that holds under Performance and Rewards team, Human Capital.
I involved in managing from the Performance Training for the managers and above level from handling the communication, documents of outsource trainers, HRDC to the venue, foods and reports. I was taught to handle the training part adter given the exposure of 1 month training.
I managed to received the exposure on the rewards and salary of the employees in MAG itself as they taught me how to calculate, doing research from benchmarked companies. Managed to do the rewards and benefits for several assignees to Hongkonf, India and UAE.
I did the editing, scripts and voiceover for the Performance Management system tutorial video for all employees.

Me and my partner did our planning during covid-19. We started through online purchases of Akar in Water Story (akarinwaterstory) and Saloma Greens (saloma.greens) since early 2019.
We grow up to a shop lot inside an established high-end local Mall in Shah Alam. Together with us (opposite shop), Gigi Coffe and many more in the same floor level.
The opportunity to hosted multiple photoshoots, TV drama series, TV celebrity talk and many more. We keep our greenery and plants as our main objective as it is our foundation before starting up the business and now selling local foods, cakes and coffee for people who are interested to buy plants and dine-in to enjoy the scenery.
The peak season of Covid19 was where I am very much getting myself involved in the health care industry. This was for me to gain as much experience and knowledge from the fast-paced, critical decision making and connections with the nurses and doctors. It was a great experience and I sat in a large room of data analysis doctors and officers, specialist doctors to arranged and contacted the patients who infected with the decease.
My team and I arranged the data from hundreds of thousands tested patients in Klang area to sort and call for confirming their covid19 status. Basically, arranged the raw datas, sort the positive patients, called the patients, booked a place and time of the ambulance and the Covid quarantine place.
Number 1 university in Malaysia and I graduted with First class in Human Resource Management.
