Develop and maintain working relationships with internal stakeholders to understand current and future recruitment needs and determine optimum sourcing strategies.
Ensures accurate and timely processing of monthly payroll in SAP-HCM including new hires, terminations, attendance & Absences, changes to pay rates and other deductions.
Coordinating with the 3rd Parties Contractor’s on efficient management of staff related matters and ensuring the salaries/invoices are processed in time and follow up of statutory compliances.
Manage the administration and monitoring of benefits programs such as Health & Life Insurance, Leavencashment, Bonus, Attendance & Night Duty Allowance and Over Time.
Coordinate with Government institutions on matters related to Industrial Relations including EOBI, PESSI, Apprenticeship Program and Labor Department to ensure compliance with all government regulations related to HR & IR in the factory.

Prepares complex correspondence, reports, and presentations.
Responsible for department IMS Compliance
Key Results:
•Act as the single point of contact of all HR related matters
•Support and suggest improvements to the entire employee life cycle
•Talent sourcing for all level positions and ensuring all Talen acquisition are done within agreed
•Use social media, job boards, internet and other technical means to source candidate’s for open jobs
•Develop relationship with third party recruitment agencies and staffing firms
•Participate in job fairs and career events
•Screening & short listing of CV`s as per defined job description and forward to concerned department for further short listing.
•Implement effective sourcing, screening and interviewing techniques
•Conduct interviews and select suitable candidate with collaboration of line managers of different functions
•To ensure the new recruitment is according to the company`s approved budget and strength.
•Identify future talent needs and proactively recruiting and sourcing; develop talent pool or social engagement
•Recruitment time line and Conduct initial orientation to newly hired employees
•Ensuring internal equity is maintained at all times
•Working on Management Trainee Program in collaboration with manager HR
•Monitor HR metrics and employee voice to the top management
•Ensuring HR process are in compliance with legal and regulatory framework
•Dealing with the process of documentation of candidates. (Employment Form, Appointments letter, Manpower Recruitment Requisition, Educational Documents, etc).
•Make sure the joining of selected candidates and prepare their joining documents for payroll processing.

•Design state of the art HR Policies, responsible for revisiting the policies as and when needed
