• Site In-Charge of all administrative tasks of the Site Office.

• Responsible for all types of correspondence internal, external and with client (WAPDA) as well as with the Contractor (CGGC-CMEC).

• Responsible for filing and proper record maintenance of functions related residences, messes, offices, transportations, inventory and stationery.

• Responsible for conducting and managing the all types of meetings with internal and external parties.

• To entertain, brief and provide necessary stuff to the visitors from National as well as International levels.

• Ensure the safety of all staff which is working under dangerous environment and travelling through hilly and slidy area.

• Coordinator between the Expatriates and Locals.

• Responsible to maintain the database of correspondence on daily basis.

• Look after all the maintenance and repair works of houses, offices as well as vehicles.

• Responsible to prepare all the monthly adjustments related of offices, transport, utility bills, fuels, messes, stationary and demand forecast expenses for next months.

• Ensure, allocate and monitor the duties of supporting staff members.

• Maintain the attendance and other registers

• Maintain and update the record related to man months
