Site Inspections on daily bases all kind of construction work activities as well as Concrete pouring, reinforcement, Formwork, Embankment layers, Aggregate Base Course, Asphaltic work, Piling work load test, steel farms, Bar Bending Schedules and all ancillary works carried out by contractor according to required standard Specifications AASHTO and ACI codes. Maintain full site record including daily site diaries in an approved format and formal monthly progress of day work by photography. Observe site safety procedures and Keeping Safety Engineer informed of risky activities and non-compliance in the field. Accept approved requests for inspection and attend the site to witness tests to ensure. To make sure that work is carried out to the Client's Schedule & Specifications

The Planning, Arrangement, and Management for execution of work according to the given schedules, Construction and Supervision of all activities of Contractor, Preparation of Monthly Statements for onwards submission to Client, Dealing with Client representative in order to resolve, daily site problems, Checking of Survey work and Material Testing. Quantify the project drawings and site area in order to determine the budget cost of the project, which is to be coordinated with the Discipline Estimation Mangers and Group Estimating Manager. Coordinate with the Engineering Department and with the Scheduler for the Construction Schedule. Prepare the technical requirements. Prepare the list of Manpower and Construction Equipment to be utilized. Prepare the Indirect Cost of the Project e.g. supervisory manpower, temporary facilities both for the contractor / client, sub-contractor, site overheads and running expenses. Carry out additional related works as directed by the Discipline Estimation Manager.
