My major responsibilities were to make, implement and monitor the policies of Banking and Finance, Imports and exports, Sales and marketing, Storage and distribution and conducting the market research by using different IT tools and business methodologies
Gothicollections Ltd was one of the biggest importer of Soft Furnishing Items in UK.. My major responsibilities were to coordinate with the different offices
of the company across different countries(UAE, USA, UK, China, India and Pakistan).
Habib Jute Mill is one of the largest manufacturer of Jute bags in Pakistan with the work force of around 1300. I worked there as Human Resource Officer.
Major responsibilities were to make and implement the recruitment and training policies, recruitment and training of the staff, handling labour disputes, dealing with the Govt Departments and labour unions and assisting to the legal advisor for labour court matters.
