Internal Expert (Manager Inspection) is a job in which inspections of Hospitals, laboratories, Clinics are carried out. Requirements of Minimum Services Delivery Standards (MSDS) are being checked.
Laboratory Manager:
Performing & Supervision of all Laboratory work.
Routine and specialized laboratory tests.
Maintenance, Calibration and quality control etc
Laboratory SOPs implementation.
Record Keeping.
Interpretation of Laboratory results.
Sale and purchase of Lab instruments.
Training of new Staff
Technical Supervisor of Lab: Performing routine and specialized laboratory tests.
Interpretation of test results.
Daily Quality Controls of Lab tests
Daily, Weekly, Quarterly maintenance of Lab instruments.
Inventory record.
Documentation of results & inventory.
Overall supervision of Lab working.
Training of new staff etc.
Medical Laboratory Technology: Sample Collection, Handling, identification, transportation, processing and Disposal.
Performing routine and specialized laboratory tests.
Maintenance, Calibration, Quality Controls of Lab instruments and tests.
Record Keeping, Training of new staff etc
