1. To Supervise Raw Material Store, Packaging Material Store, Samples Stores, Finished Goods Store, Engineering Store and Logistics Operations.
2. To manage inventory levels in all warehouses of PharmEvo inbound and outbound.
3. To monitor day to day operations including receiving and issuances.
4. To monitor daily reconciliations of materials and stocks
5. To monitor, create and supervise SAP material master data as a part of MDM team.
6. SAP Power user.
7. To generate departmental budget and raise CAPEX accordingly.
8. To conduct weekly departmental meetings and check the progress.
9. To arrange meetings with logistics partners for cost savings and resolution on complaints if any.
10. To monitor near expiry materials / products and get the decision from management for timely consumption.
11. To monitor retest materials and ensure the retest should be performed on time.
12. Part of WHO pre-qualification team since 2018 and faced 03 consecutives WHO audits.
13. Review WHO current guidelines and provide training to staff accordingly.
14. Write departmental SOPs as per current guidelines and arrange training for staff.
15. Provide training for SAP - MM Module to all users involved in receiving, issuance, gate pass creation and reports view.
16. To ensure proper cleaning and Hygiene conditions of Warehouse.
