Roles and responsibilities may include but not limited to:

1. Sales and contract-making specialist functions; prospecting, qualifying client, leading clients intake sessions concerning manpower planning and staffing consultations, drafting quotations, service agreements/MoU upto closing of sales cycle as well as provide after sales service.

2. Conducting task and job analysis, performance criteria profile and desired candidate profile and job site inspection of the open positions up to drafting job drescription and specifications for staff orientations/induction and manpower requisition.

3.Performing KYC, candidate vetting and running background checks on both hiring company and applicants concerning legal documents to ensure authenticity and up to date information is supplied for processing job order/manpower requisition.

4. Generate recruitment lead functions; designing job ad content and publicise through different recruitment channels inclusive of job portals, social media platforms, public forums both sponsored snd non sponsored.

5 .Preliminary assessment of potential applicants through initial CV screening, telephonic to initial F2F or online interviews for both individual or bulk hire provide necessary inteview feedback to the interested hiring parties.

6. Sourcing and pooling of manpower from local or overseas labour market through local or foreign placement agencies such as India, Nepal, Bhutan as well as Philippines

7. Oveeseeing Recruitment cycle operation and provide necessary coaching and training to team members to carry out staffing projects and tasks effectively.

8. Laying out of recruitment plans and strategy to target desired audience emphasising recruitment lead generation keeping in view recruitment timeline and cost efficiency.

9. Conducts recruitment metrics to enhance efficiency in recruitment practices and outcomes, standardisation of recruitment operations.

10. Overseeing compliance to standards and policies and procedures in the department in dealing with foreign placement agencies, clients and management to ensure effective dischage of recruitment duties.

11. Ensuring employer branding is promoted to be the employer of choice by establishing employee value proposition, presence in various professional and personal network ensuring optimal client or candiate experience is delivered to uphold market reputation.

12. Perform other essential and non-essential administrative tasks like drafting tailor-made service agreement/ MoU for clients, foreign placement agencies, handle legal documents & filling up of foreign embassy forms.
