• Function as an HR consultant and partnering with internal client to identify opportunities to support the business goals and objectives of the company through talent management.
• Member of HR development team responsible for devising and formulating HR policies, procedures and interventions by using “glocalized” approach for an organization operating on global level.
• Lead the HR front for client business unit and coach line managers for dissemination, guidance and implementation of HR policies.
• Monitoring workforce planning activities in anticipation of talent acquisition/internal transfer requirements through keeping abreast of business needs via maintaining close communication with internal stakeholders.
• Responsible for effective end-to-end recruitment practices which support overall organizational objectives while ensuring monitoring of recruitment KPIs.
• Maintaining internal equity by providing fair and equitable compensation to retain and recruit employees. Moreover, I am also involved in updating and devising compensation structures for existing and new territories.
• Facilitating panel sessions for competency based Annual performance reviews across organization which helps in setting individual’s performance goals, identification of training & development needs and career development planning.
• Responsible for implementing the remuneration processes including the annual salary reviews and performance bonuses as per quarterly and annual performance evaluations
• Identify learning gaps and development needs by collaborating with line manager & act as a channel to communicate learning needs to training & development team.
• Managing onboarding activities and ensuring welcoming culture and inspiring entrance to INTECH's workforce
• Ensuring timely and accurate updation of employee records in ERP (Microsoft AX).
• Handle all employee grievances and when necessary initiate and execute the Grievance Handling


Achievements

• Carried out an exercise of amending employment contracts for engineers deployed in gas plant project in China and saved 4 million USD by avoiding Chinese taxes.
• Hired 60+ resources from different nationalities for both technical and nontechnical
roles across different parts of the world. Most notable projects are Chevron’s CDB Gas Plant Project in China and TOTAL’s OML-100 offshore project in Nigeria.
• Played instrument role in successful implementation of ERP system (Microsoft Dynamics AX) and making HR department taking lead over others.
• Developed compensation structure for Indonesian territory in consultation with Line Manager.

• Planning and implementing the increase in training hours by 30% in Training Plan 2013.• Scored 90% on MAF Standards Management for HR.• Adjusted policies with new PESSI regulations and saved PK Rs. 257, 000 per annum.• Devised and implemented Credit facility for employees creating country-wide sales of PK Rs 0.7 million during the electronic goods promotion (win-win initiative)
