Responsible for issuing various contracts including Heavy Fuel Oil Transportation Contract, Raw Material Contracts, Insurance Contracts, Engineering & Environmental Consulting Contracts, Legal Consulting Contracts, Manpower Contracts, Real Estate Contracts, Operation and Maintenance Contracts, IT Contracts, Economic Studies Contracts, Catering Contracts, Projects Contracts, Customs Clearance Contracts, etc.
Selected to work as a Consultant for to AL Gharbiah Cement Factory to evaluate their problems and find solutions
Drive contract lifecycle from drafting through completion of the negotiation process, and/or contract execution; manage contract change control process and related correspondence requiring legal input.
Prepare contracts for internal review and approval while ensuring compliance with company policies as well as applicable laws or regulations.
Successfully resolved the biggest problem of the Factory of bringing the torque of kw for kiln main drive to an operational condition and putting all main fans stack (ID fan / Bypass fan / Cooler fan) into working condition.
Ensure that signed contracts are communicated to all relevant parties to provide contract visibility and awareness, interpretation to support implementation.
Manage the tender process including announcement of tender; review tenders and proposals for quality, risk and compliance purposes.
Efficiently enhanced the free lime by 7% by resolving the issue within merely 30 minutes span
Coordinate all logistics operations of related to contract including overseeing all invoices and pending invoices.
Handle all legal activities including collection cases, labor lawsuit, provide legal opinion on all contracts and review letters from lawyers, along with weekly and monthly reports related to cases.
As needed, provide guidance to operational staff on contract matters, including training to new project managers and other employees in contracting practices and procedures.

Developed operating procedures/emergency operating plans, shift safety plans, and prepared training schedules, while ensuring balanced utilization of facilities, equipment, materials and manpower to optimize plant performance.
Operated and managed process parameters for controlling flame shape and color (momentum); safety parameters work for small or big section as well as provided safety training to production staff on company procedures.
Directed processes for grinding of media charging cement mill and raw mill; refractory programs during shut down and controlling heat balance time to time.
Quickly resolved plant issues including the problem of free lime reaching 8% as well as unloading heavy fuel trucks.

Developed and maintained plans for scheduling shifts and activated circular mix bed, stacker, reclaimer, compressors, and different type of pumps, heat exchangers, dryers and water treatment plants.
Operated and monitored Loesche Vertical Mill (LM 50.4) with a production capacity of 410 t/h; Cement Ball Mill (5.4 m dia * 16 m) with a production capacity of 230 t/hr. at 3000 cm2/gm. Blaine comprising high-efficiency cage wheel separator as well as Short Kiln 4.8 m dia * 52 m with a production capacity of 4000 tpd clinker with two precalciner, five Stage Pre-heater, double string with pyro clone and Alkali/Chlorides/So3 Bypass System.
Managed all aspects the shift to ensure smooth running of operations including production, standardizing the process parameters including temperatures, pressures, flows, conductions, air velocities, flame shapes and its momentum, feed rates, final products, energy and fuel consumptions etc.
