and allegations, advise on child protection issues. promote childrens rights, safety and
wellbeing.
• Gather and document data around protection concerns and threats and contribute to analyses
on trends and needs of displacement affected populations.
• Ensure the organization and the implementation of all protection activities at field level in
accordance with the agreed work plan.
• Prepare necessary activity and protection reports (daily, weekly, monthly and quarterly).
• Participate in conducting needs and programmatic assessments in targeted locations.
• Engage with communities directly and identify the human right violations, child protection,
SGBV and other protection-related concerns.
• Carry out advocacy and protection activities at the field level.
• Represent protection and NFI clusters in all partner discussions at the field level.
• Conduct community profile interviews, FGDs and other direct community activities as part of
the protection monitoring.
• Strong communication and coordination skills.
• Time management and ability to prioritize multiple tasks.
• Self-motivated person able to work without close supervision.

• Encourage and promote positive learning between the project staff and the communities.
• In the assigned area of responsibility, conduct monitoring visits to internally displaced and
refugee returnee communities and, through focus group discussion, identify main protection
risks and concerns affecting displaced persons.

• Ensure strict adherence to the WAW/UNHCR related policies, tools, and guidelines.
• Assist the community to understand the project activities and goals.
• Have a full understanding of project goals, objectives, implementation plans, and expected
result/output.
• Monitor is expected to maintain close coordination with the beneficiaries, community
members, Shuras and Maliks
• Beneficiary selection Identify vulnerable families eligible for assistance of Shelter
repairing/construction according to established selection criteria.
• Prioritize persons and groups of concern for interview and selection of the beneficiaries.
• Manage all phases of the Shelter activities including but not limited to, beneficiary selection,
project planning, field monitoring, and project implementation & evaluation.
• Conduct house to house monitoring visit to identify the quality of work and project overall
quality and gaps and timely identification of the gaps will help the project manager to
properly respond to the gaps and ensure corrective actions.
• Extreme knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel and Kobo.
• knowledge of English, both written and verbal, is mandatory in terms of reporting.
• Deep knowledge and understanding of the local context, including socio-cultural, political,
security and humanitarian situation.
• Monitor the implementation of Shelter-UNHCR project and prepare necessary feedback and
recommendation for the improvement.
• Collect accurate data of beneficiaries and document properly.
• Promote and share ideas for technical improvement.
• Check the quality of Shelter repairing done by community or beneficiaries at different stages.
• Arrange community meetings and explain them roles and responsibilities according to project
activities.
• Ensure accurate data from the site and properly report field related information to Supervisor
• Help Implement the project activities and ensure safe delivery of the activities as per the
project implementation plan.
• Perform any other tasks related to project activities.

• Community mobilization and awareness raising about REACH objective and interventions,
beneficiary selection criteria, social contracts, process of beneficiary profiling and baseline
survey.
• Make sure to received orientation from trainer on COVID-19 and relief program and can
process and facilitates the mentioned program in targeted areas of the implementation
• Inform the CDCs when their fund is disbursed and arrived to CDCs bank account
• Support the CDCs and sub-committees on the procurement process of food packages
• Make sure all the financial documents are confirmed and approved by CDCs and recorded in
CDCs file
• Make clear report from all steps and send to district manager and provincial manager
• Make sure there is clear transparency and accountability on the community level
• Provide awareness in each visit to communities and CDCs on COVID-19 disseminate the
basic health message to avoid spreading corona virus based on MoPH guidelines
• Make sure the distribution take place on time and based the beneficiary list and there is no
problem in the process.
• Undertake follow up visits to field sites following capacity building training are delivered to
make sure the action points and takeaways are properly followed/implemented
• Accompany monitoring focal points of during field sites
• Convey messages of office and project stakeholders to communities and vice versa
• Report immediately any changes in security or political situation of target villages to
Provincial Project Manager
• Any other tasks as assigned by supervisor
