Main Responsibilities
• Provide field level technical support for the ongoing agricultural interventions and coordination of program activities in D.I.Khan,
• Play a supervisory role of Agricultural related interventions and ensure a good team dynamics for better programming,
• Planning and reporting of daily, weekly, and monthly activities, contribute to annual and long term planning,
• To facilitate the smooth and timely implementation of the cash based interventions such as cash for work, cash grants, enterprise development grants etc.,
• Work closely with community, local livelihoods recovery committees, government and non-governmental counterparts to ensure participation and thereby sustainability program interventions,
• Identify needs of community, other stakeholders and propose capacity building needs and ensure implementation,
• Design and conduct continuous monitoring activities, feedback and provide corrective actions based on monitoring results,
• Ensure appropriate documentation and dissemination of the lesson learnt, case studies and success stories.
Main Responsibilities
• Development of training and awareness material on Medicinal and Aromatic Plants (MAPs).
• Development of Facts Sheets on indigenous Knowledge of MAPs species incorporated scientific information and folk and industrial uses.
• Conducted trainings of beneficiaries (MAPs Collectors) on MAPs cultivation, harvesting, processing and marketing.
• Development of general MAPs awareness English and Urdu booklets.
• Development of Herbarium sheets with nomenclature.
• Organize workshops on MAPs in collaboration with scientific and educational institutions.
• Documentation of the overall MAPs project and prepare progress reports to the donor
• Reconstruction & supervision of earthquake resistant houses in the affected areas.
• Situational Analysis of the earthquake affected area.
• Formation of community organizations.
• Identification of vulnerable groups for rehabilitation
• Skill enhancement of community
• Develop linkages with line agencies (AJKCDP, Health & Education, Agriculture
• Formation of HRC (Housing Reconstruction Unit) at village level
• Identification, implementation, monitoring and evaluation of community physical infrastructure
• Manage and coordinate CMST-Community Management Skill Training in different events
• Conduct Activist workshops and manager conference
• Providing Training to the local Leaders and activists in the basics of organizing communities and introducing a program of savings, capital formation and skill development.
• To prepare PPM minutes.
