National Platforms (NP) Digital Transformation Program
Saudi Data and Artificial Intelligence Authority (SDAIA) (NIC) / KSA - Riyadh
The NP is the KSA initiative to unify the government IT resources and monetize the NIC infrastructure services. NIC is creating an ecosystem by developing new platforms to provide end-to-end digital services targeting the public and private sectors. My role is a mix of business and tech consultant.
Key Responsibilities:
• Act as a practicing enterprise architect, leading the NP enterprise architect committee to provide the program with cloud-based infrastructure and an agile integration architecture model for easy integration across all platforms.
• Enforced following software construction best practices across all participating platforms.
• Worked with multiple projects to prioritize product backlog items and produce the product road map based on customers' "Willingness to Pay" WTP and pricing approach.
• Created value communications to the stakeholders to ensure better project positioning and marketing.
Using the lean approach, I assist businesses and startups project in planning, executing,
monitoring, and managing their initialization and support their product features list and
road map; making sure their product/service fits the market and help them in putting
optimal pricing strategy. I also engage in placing an integrated marketing plan aiming to
achieve the business's best monetization potential and minimizing investment risks.

• Support business in their customer development and segmentation by developing
differentiated- values communication for each segment leading to higher sales
conversions.
• Assist business in transforming their business model from a product-focused
approach to a subscription-based model achieving higher customer lifetime value.
• Help corporations in generating the right-features list road-map and pricing strategy
for their existing and new products, leading to quicker business goals attainment.
• Help businesses build services and apps using the hook model method, which
generates higher user engagements and better net promoter scores.

Key Responsibilities
• Lead the infrastructure team to implement and deploy state of the art Oracle
solutions (Siebel CRM, Oracle Database, ...) in high availability cloud environments by
utilizing virtualization technologies using VMware Enterprise for government agencies.
• Hold the Project Manager role in Iraq Passport System and Holy Makkah
Municipality projects. Responsibilities where (but not limited to): Manage and own project
delivery within budget, scope, quality and time requirements, resource allocation,
managing risks, change management and participate in project teams to implement
project deliverables.
• Responsible for the governance of Information Security (IS) policies through
designing, implementing, and enforcing and best practices in many projects in both
physical and software levels.
• Provide Governance/Compliance reporting and follow-up to assist Cyber Operations
teams in maintaining the highest caliber of compliance.
• Work directly with our clients to facilitate risk assessment and security risk
management processes
• Responsible for hardware selection and sizing for Omnix projects based on the
functional and non-functional requirements.
• Supported the teams to accomplish challenging deadline-driven projects while
adhering to the solution design and environment constraints.
• Ensure high system security, starting from the design phase, across all system tiers
with external integration points and, deciding on the best technology to use.
• Design and implement integration points between various system parts to ensure
maximum smooth reusability.
• Manage, secure, and optimize availability and smooth IT operations (including
backups, help desk support, security checks, daily logs review, restores, policy checks
…etc) throughout our projects in three countries.
• Handle the technical reply including (but not limited to): solution design, topology
diagrams, hardware sizing, and BOQ, integrations, pricing, and licensing for all RFP
requests that Omnix takes.
• Lead all IT deployment task for "Holy Makkah Municipality" CiePL project, which
includes a bundle of Oracle Applications integrated with 3rd party application to provide
